Your donation to East Texans Against Lawsuit Abuse helps to fund the various projects that are targeted at stopping lawsuit abuse and making lawsuit reform possible.
Here are just a few examples of the work they are able to do with the help of your donation:

- Public awareness events such as "An Evening with Oliver North"
- Public education programs such as medical and business seminars, as well as the annual Personal Responsibility Essay Contest
- Voter education programs such as debates and candidate forums
- Crucial studies and reports bringing you the latest information on how you can protect yourself in this lawsuit happy environment
- Newsletters, advertising and web sites

All Texans are paying the price for lawsuit abuse. That cost is ultimately passed down to the consumer through higher priced goods and services. And in some cases it can be the reason for cut backs and loss of jobs.
The small business owner accounts for 99.7% of businesses today and approximately three quarters of all new jobs added to the economy. That's the backbone of the American workforce. Yet, just one junk lawsuit can destroy a business. Won't you help?
